Your Main Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment cycle attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.

Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration for new hires.

Create a thriving work environment organize engagement initiatives and develop a strong company culture.

Handle team members relations mediate conflicts, address concerns, and support team members.

Coach and train managers on team performance strategies.

Draft and refine company policies and internal regulations in English, working in collaboration with department heads.

Administer benefits and payroll processing, ensuring competitive compensation strategies.

Develop and implement KPIs to measure and improve team effectiveness.

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You:

Have proven experience as an HR Manager , not just in managing processes, but in building strong, lasting teams .

Experience in leading an HR department will be regarded as an advantage .
Are you experienced in banking or fintech ? Even better! We highly value industry expertise.

Thrive in challenges and see obstacles as opportunities to grow.

Have native-level proficiency in Russian and can confidently handle business documentation and communication.

Are fluent in English and comfortable using it daily in professional settings.

Are a strong communicator who knows how to engage and motivate people.

Are goal-driven and resourceful , able to find solutions even in high-pressure situations.
