Requirements

To avoid any confusion - This is a pure Rust software engineering role
* You should be very familiar with Rust
* You should understand how to handle data with performance in mind (latency)
* Understand concurrent data movement and the pros/cons of Arc
* Able to understand seperation of concern and basic design principles so that your code is readable

It's simple
90% of what we're actually working on is processing and moving "data" (references) around
