Job Description:

Responsibilities:
-Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets.
-By understanding market trends and customer needs, you will strategize
effective sales approaches that not only meet but exceed our targets.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share in the
financial services sector.
-Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business
opportunities.
-Being in the financial services sector
-Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with
our services.
-Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the
sales team.
-Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports for management review.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and compliance, to
ensure alignment in our sales approach.
-You'll be the face of our brand, nurturing relationships with clients and ensuring
exceptional service
-The knowledge of one of English languages at level B2 or C1 is required .
Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the financial services industry.
-Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
-Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
-Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
