We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in the

Responsibilities:
Your main objective will be to build strong relationships with clients,
understand their needs ,and guide them toward making informed decisions
Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
Present and explain various financial products and services to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and
retention.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular
basis.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients
effectively.
Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
The knowledge of one of these languages at level B2 or C1 is required (English, French, or German).
Goal-oriented mindset with a determination to meet and exceed targets.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
