We have an opening for a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to join our team. Our team is a dynamic group of bilingual (Russian/English) developers working together to bring innovative ideas to life.

What You'll Be Doing:

• AI Application Development : Play a key role in designing and developing scalable AI applications for our smart city platform, revolutionizing urban environments and addressing real-world challenges.
• Computer Vision Models & Algorithms : Develop and refine state-of-the-art models for object detection, tracking, and depth restoration.
• Machine Learning at Scale : Deploy and optimize ML models at scale, focusing on efficiency, error handling, and robust security in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Data Generation & Augmentation : Innovate in synthetic data generation methods and augmentation techniques to improve model performance and robustness.
• Automatic Data Labeling : Develop automatic labeling techniques to speed up model training and increase overall efficiency.
• Collaboration with AI Team : Work closely with a team of highly skilled professionals to create cutting-edge AI solutions with real-world applications.

What We re Looking For:

Required Skills:

• English C1 level and above, Russian native speaker.
• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Developer with a proven track record in AI/ML, specifically in Computer Vision.
• Knowledge of ML/DL stack : Numpy, Pytorch, Keras/Tensorflow, Sklearn, Pandas, Git, Nvidia Triton Server.
• Programming : Strong Python skills (C++ knowledge is a plus).
• Linux Development : Familiarity with Linux-based environments.
• Expertise in Computer Vision : Extensive experience with object detection, tracking, depth restoration models, and cutting-edge techniques.
• Strong Mathematical Foundation : Solid understanding of linear algebra.
• AI Team Leadership : Experience working in or leading AI teams focused on real-world applications.

Nice to Have:

• Experience converting models to TensorRT for optimized inference.
• Experience with GStreamer and DeepStream .
• Model Distillation & Quantization for speeding up model inference.
• Experience working with databases .
